Hi Guys! Well I can’t believe another year is coming to a close! I always find that the different ways people celebrate holidays interesting. Our family celebrates most holiday’s like everyone else with the exception of New Years. Joe and I have been married for 12 years and only once have we been to a New Year’s Party, neither of us cared much for it and we left early. Since then we have always just stayed home for New Years. This year is no exception, Joe had to work so the kids and I have been watching a sappy movie marathon and eating junk food. I was thinking about some of the major events our family faced in 2008. Some things we encountered were great others not so fun. All in all we have been incredibly blessed and God has worked powerfully in our lives. I have been trying to think of things that should have been different or done better. For the most part I am happy with 2008 but one thing in particular does stick out in my mind. I do not communicate with my family and friends about how our household is doing like I should. I dread sitting and composing e-mails and literal forcing stuff together just to have something to say.
So this is my solution…..a blog. I have honestly never wanted a blog, but recently a very sweet girl that I used to work with started a blog at wordpress. It has been a year since I have seen her or her kids, and I just love reading her cute kid stories and seeing how much her children have grown. So… I thought why not, I can at least give it a try right? I will warn you now, I will not post every day nor every week, but I will do my best to at least blog a couple times a month on a regular basis. It will be good to have a place I can write about all the funny things our kiddos do and post pictures for you guys to see.
Love you all! Have a great 2009!

- Anthony is Mr. Positive! He always has something good to say even when he is on the short end of things. Awesome kid!
- Beautiful Isabel is growing up! She is a good big sister and loves to help.
- Travis is an inch taller than I am now! I knew he was getting close but I was pleasantly suprised when we measured at mom’s and found that he had surpassed me. All I can say is, he maybe as tall as a grown man but he still likes his Kool-Aid as you can tell by the mustache…lol
- Jonathon is the family clown! He never hesitates to pull out the big guns to make someone laugh. He is always full of mischief and keeps us on our toes!
